The moderation skills training is based on interactivity. Group work, work on concrete case examples of the participants as well as coaching elements ensure a direct reference to practise and facilitate transfer of the acquired knowledge into everyday work.

Training duration and setup

The training duration usually is 2 days. I recommend placing the training deliberately outside the company premises to ensure an optimal learning environment. The maximum group size should not exceed 12 participants.If you also hold virtual meetings or workshops you may want to combine the training with the ‘virtual meetings seminar’. If you use PowerPoint presentations for your meetings or workshops, you may also want to have a look at the ‘storylining and slidewriting’ training and the ‘presentation skills’ training
