The first time manager training program gives the participants sufficient room to exchange their own experiences. During the training we will work on concrete practical examples of the participants. Interactive elements and practical exercises are used to practice the tools. This helps the participants to apply the content in the daily leadership work. Training duration and setup

The training duration depends on your objective. For first time managers I propose to use a modular training design. This give the participants to practice the learned content in between the module. Each module typically takes two days. The maximum group size should not succeed 12 participants.
